Once in a while, some number of menu items from EGit's 'Team' submenu will have missing entries. No workaround has been identified right now beyond restarting Eclipse.

This just happened to me. The entries that are missing are 'Remote', 'Switch To', and 'Rebase...'.

Aggregate move to M5. Retarget to a different milestone if you wish...
