When installing from the nightly build update site, you receive this message:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.rcp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
Problems downloading artifact: osgi.bundle,org.eclipse.egit.doc,1.1.0.201108151814.
MD5 hash is not as expected. Expected: 220e687a295cd0e68dae9be4af7ed87f and found cd480f82890ba8606c21eccc61d5fb26.

seems that was fixed in the meantime
