Deploy an egldd, (either from right click menu or from the Deploy action in dd editor), if there's nothing to be deployed (no RUI handler, no service), nothing happened, and there's error in the error log view. 

The expected behavior should be like EGLCE where we will display a dialog which says 

===Dialog EGL Deployment========
No Services or Rich UI Handlers specified in the selected deployment descritptor <egldd path>. 

Open the file in the deployment descriptor editor?

  Yes, all the patches are in now. After the patch for bug 356158 is committed, this bug can be closed. Thanks.
