It seems that the framework admin code references an old osgi.launcherPath property and sometimes this is inserted into the config.ini. This property isn't referenced in OSGi so we should investigate and see if we can remove it.

I have removed the constant and the commented-out code which referenced it from:
EquinoxFwConfigFileParser#readLauncherPath
EquinoxFwConfigFileParser#writeLauncherPath

Incremented the bundle version in the manifest, as well.
