1. Create JPA project
2. Open diagram
3. Create entity in it
4. Delete it from the diagram

Result: The entity is successfully deleted from the diagram and as a resource from the file system, but it remains in the project tree

Verified if you create and then delete an entity in the diagram editor it is removed from the diagram editor and the project tree.  See the link to view test steps for verification.  http://wiki.eclipse.org/Dali_3.0.1
