Description José Martins CLA 2011-08-10 06:24:06 EDT
Build Identifier: I20110613-1736

I installed Eclipse for Javascript, and added the PHP Development Tools.
Created a workspace and placed a Joomla base.
Usually, I use "run as", but when I tested the "Run" button on the toolbar, it crashes. Allways.

The severity is Critical because it causes me loss of data. (If I don't save the files, I loose the changes.)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open eclipse.
2. Select the php file of joomla (installation/index.php) and press play button (Run). The page opens correctly.
3. Close the opened page.
4. Keep the selected file and press play (Run) again. Eclipse crashes and leaves a stack trace.

Works correctly with recent builds. Probably fixed indirectly.
Comment 3 Sylvia Tancheva CLA 2016-06-21 10:27:29 EDT
I remember this crash on Linux, I think it was caused by the internal browser. Fixed some time ago.
If it still happens please reopen with more recent information. Closing
