Description Stevo Slavic CLA 2011-08-10 06:19:05 EDT
Build Identifier: 20110615-0604

Subversive Integration update site ( http://community.polarion.com/projects/subversive/download/integrations/update-site/ ) contains feature for integration of Sonatype m2eclipse plugin and Subversive plugin. m2eclipse has been moved to eclipse.org and rebranded as m2e. Subversive plugin integration with m2eclipse needs to be updated to support m2e.

Note: This is not issue of Subversive Core component, but on m2eclipse/m2e integration - it wasn't available in bug component drop-down for subversive project.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install eclipse indigo, and have JDK run eclipse (m2e requires it)
2.Install m2e
3.Install subversive
4.Try to install subversive integration for m2eclipse

There is solution already, see [1] for details. IMO this issue can be closed.

This is already fixed. Unfortunately m2e subversive is now not compatible with m2e 1.1. Based on [1] it seems it won't be made compatible.

Alexander, could you do anything about this? We are using m2eclipse and need this integration.

Thanks, Jörg

Hello Jörg!

Oh, and to think I was so happy that there is another m2e-subversion integration developed by people who understand what for it's needed and how it should work :) (since I don't use maven).

I'll work on this integration for Juno Simultaneous Release version:

Note: I've modified our original integration plug-in, so that it will support both: 1.0.0 and 1.1.0 versions, since there were no actual API changes and what Eugene has contributed originally seems more functional than the current m2e's version. Also I've transferred some minor improvements (automatic adding and saving of the repository location) from m2e version into this one.

Another Russian master piece :-) Sadly, Eugene Kuleshov is no longer working in the m2eclipse project. Before that, he worked for Mylyn.

Thanks and cheers, Jörg
