If you go to git.eclipse.org, the Eclipse SUA link is broken.

We should fix that.

The link is to www.eclipse.org/legal/notice.php and it should be www.eclipse.org/legal/epl/notice.php

I've updated the cgit link -- it has to propagate, then the caches need to be regenerated.  By tomorrow it should be fixed.
