Steps:
1. Try to add a remote to a clone but don't provide any URI
2. This above will fail with "Remote URI must be provided" message in the status pane
3. Try to add the remote again, but this time provide both name and a proper URI
=> IS: The remote is added, but the error message is still displayed. This may be confusing.
=> SHOULD BE: The error message should be cleared.
