Actions which make use of the EXTEND SELECTION = true fail with a timeout on Mac OS X in the nightly CaA_RCP_old test - e.g. when selecting multiple values from a list.

The test case has now been moved into the "broken" tests and commented out of the full test. Please re-add the test when this problem is fixed.

I've made some changes to key press/release handling that should resolve this issue.

The error did not appear in the nightly tests. I´m removing the TC TICKET_354219 from the CaA_RCP_BROKEN_Mac TS and re-add the TCs to the full test.
