When dragging an actor to a UC diagram, if the actor has associations with use cases already present in the diagram, we would like the tool to ask if we want to display those connexions. In case the user says "yes", there should be automatically a "restore connection" command applied from the actor to all other elements present in the diagram.
That is true for all diagrams with connections (class, activity, SM,...). So this behavior should be made generic.
The choice of creating/Displaying connexions is a policy. So there should be a dialog box with an option saying "do not want to ask anymore" that the user can check to apply this policy automatically for next time. It means that there must exist a general preference for that item.
