Right now this field is a relative path "pkg/Handler.egl" but the RUI debugger needs it to be a full path for many things to work.

Eventually this is going to need to go back to being a relative path but that's not needed until EGLARs are supported in RUI, and it's going to take a couple days to update debug to work with a relative path.

I'm withdrawing this defect. It doesn't look like the generator knows anything about projects so I made debug work with relative file names instead.
