When a tool has many flags, it can cause the toolbar in the file list control to not appear. It actually *is* there, but it's scrolled, but because the composite has a horizontal scrollbar, and the toolbar is right-aligned, the toolbar appears to be missing and the user is left wondering how to add/remove/change items in the, e.g., include paths collection. See attached screenshot. A simple solution is to not make the toolbar right-aligned. This will ensure it is visible regardless of how long the flags field is (or any other text field in the page).
