Reproducible with Controls Demo -> Tree tab:
1. Start Controls Demo -> Tree tab
2. Check VIRTUAL
3. Click on "Deselect All"
4. Set item count to 150.
For a short time the vertical scrollbar appears on the left side of the tree and than goes on the right.

This issue is better noticeable with IE (IE9), but with some persistence you can notice it in other browsers too.

I can't reproduce it anymore and will close this bug as WORKSFORME.
