The Eclipse project update site (http://download.eclipse.org/eclipse/updates/3.7) lists the JRE execution environment descriptions. There are some issues with them:

1. "PDE/API Tools Environment Descriptions" EE description.
The details section says it is for JRE-1.1 but below there is already:
"PDE/API Tools Environment Descriptions JRE 11"
==> "PDE/API Tools Environment Descriptions" entry needs to be removed or fixed.

2. Use a better name: those are not API Tools Environment descriptions but
   JRE Execution Environment descriptions.

3. Don't use plural: each of the entries is one description.

4. Use the correct EE names as listed on the 'Execution Environments' 
   preference page (e.g. "JavaSE-1.6" instead of "J2SE 16").
    

For example:
"PDE/API Tools JRE EE Description for 'J2SE-1.6'
or:
"PDE's JRE EE Description for 'J2SE-1.6'

Which includes removal of the old individual features for each EE description that have never been used.

The updated references in the descriptions will be pushed as part of the fix for bug 369402
