If passive and active sub-application-switcher has different fonts (size and/or style), the width of the tabs will be changed after switching. Because the width of a tab depends on the width of the text. I don't think that is looks very good if the width will always be changed. Maybe the max width for the different fonts can be calculated and used for the width. But this can be complex.
