The recommenders plugin must be able to lookup the library name and version of required librarys for a project.

To support android projects it needs an implementation of JarIdExtractor that is able to handle the "AndroidManifest.xml".

Thanks for the contribution. I have integrated your implementation to archive-model-store branch (merge to head is already planned for next days).
