I cannot raised a piggy-back CQ on CQ 5418 using the portal. This used to work. Normally I enter the (unapproved or approved) CQ number in the search box and it is found. I flagged this bug as major because I need to raise this CQ to prepare for an upcoming Virgo release. This *may* be connected with apparent problems in the IPZilla bug database: today when I have updated a CQ, the update does not show up for several minutes and if I try to make another update to the same CQ in the interim, I get a mid-air collision.
