JGit 1.0.0.201106090707

UploadPackInternalServerErrorException invokes super(Throwable). This constructor is only defined in Java SE 6. However the MANIFEST.MF says:

Bundle-RequiredExecutionEnvironment: J2SE-1.5

Either you need to update your execution environment to J2SE-1.6, or don't use that constructor.

I believe this was fixed in commit 46110935b58cb4683bf07f3bf9bcd5c532153a3d which was included in the 1.1 release
