With the correction of the bug 352848, some methods and interface are now deprecated (executeQueries() , IPapyrusNatTableWidget,...).
We should clean the code for the new Papyrus version (0.9). 
I don't clean the API these changes now, in order to respect the Eclipse standard (no API change for the SRx) and to facilitate the merge action for SR1 and SR2.
