using this widget in an editor part, the editor is destroyed, and yet the widget still receives Deactivate messages.  

See patch for fix....

Emil if you are not able to take a look I could and if I have no doubts it breaks something commit it.

I'm still waiting for this to happen.  I've sent Emil an email, but can this please get fixed?  It's a showstopper for me and I've provided the fix.  We are using the Nebula p2 repository (a copy of it) for our build, and I need this to be put into your build before I can put it into mine!

Oh dear, this completely slipped my mind. Patch has been applied and is on the latest CVS now!
