1.File -> new -> dynamic web project -> run time

Jetty 7.3 and 7.4 can't be chosen as target runtime but Jetty 7.1, 7.2 and 8 can be chosen as traget runtime

Hrm, wish angelo was around to point me at where this is going wrong.

near as I can tell the version manager is creating and registering these things correctly, we just seem to be missing some other component registration somewhere in the system...digging a bit

bah, found it...I'll push out a new version in a little bit, want to test the updates to the signing plugin at the same time, I'll resolve the issue now and close and and let you know when to a new version is ready
