Both org.eclipse.jst.server_adapters.feature and org.eclipse.jst.server_adapters.ext.feature have the UI "JST Server Adapters" for their name.

If someone is installing WTP via the repository, they have two entries presented to them, both of which simply state "JST Server Adapters".

It would make sense if the org.eclipse.jst.server_adapters.ext.feature had a more expanded name - perhaps "JST Server Adapter Extensions" ?

The feature name has be updated to "JST Server Adapter Extensions" as suggested. The feature description has also been updated.
