Merging "hidden" DiffElement should be the responsibility of the "hiding" DiffElement's merger. Currently, using "merge all" on a comparison that includes hidden diffs will merge both the hidden diff and its hiding diff (which itself merges the hidden one anew).

This has now been fixed on master.
