When using PDE build for a feature, and setting sourceBundleMode to 'built' or 'all', the generated source feature contains two entries for each source plugin in its feature.xml 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create a feature containing a plug-in or two.
2.Use PDE template build.properties, setting sourceBundleMode=all
3.Build with PDE
4.Examine the output feature.xml for the generated source feature.

Currently we are not actively enhancing PDE build anymore. Therefore, I close this bug as WONTFIX. 

Please reopen, if you plan to provide a fix.
