Description Sergei Jochim CLA 2011-07-26 02:30:09 EDT
My case is:

I want to add a new column in an exsisting database, but do not want to lose data from database. It would be nice to just adding new columns with statement "create" in persistence.xml. Maybe there is an other way to solve this problem.

Support was added to "create-or-extend-tables" in the DDL generation options in 2.4.
