Description Michael Wenz CLA 2011-07-25 09:12:26 EDT
We would like to have our coding migrated from CVS to Git. A perfect time for us would actually be right now, if you have time to do it; otherwise just inform us on short notice.

Our sources in CVS are available at /cvsroot/modeling/org.eclipse.gmp/org.eclipse.gmp.graphiti. We would like to go for one git repository at /gitroot/gmp/org.eclipse.gmp.graphiti.git. Please keep the current folder structure (examples, features, plugins, releng, tests) underneath as it is.

We would like to have our complete history imported into Git, important are the branches b0_7_0 and B0_8_x and the associated versions v0_7_0 and v0_8_x. The rest of the tags and branches can be omitted.

The description should be "This is the Graphiti repository".

Thanks,
Michael

Ok, I've created the repo and imported your CVS data. Can you confirm everything looks good? When I have that I'll 'freeze' CVS.

Ok, thanks. The repository looks good from my side.

One more thing: I read that committer via https for committing is disabled by default. Since we sit behind a company firewall that blocks ssh and is only open for http/s, could you enable commit access over https?
At least I did not find any other way of committing so far...

Ok, I've enabled https commit support.

Ok, I've frozen your CVS repo. I think we're done here.
