Build Identifier: M20110210-1200

Due to this, the already loaded labels are in the wrong language.

Solution:
Move method execInitLocale() in AbstractSwingApplication from start() method to place before 
m_env = createSwingEnvironment();
is created in a new thread.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Assume: default application language is ENLISH
1. Set application language to GERMAN
2. Start application
3. Check labels, e.g. WorkWeek, Day, ...
