The B3 aggregator generates the following error and related stack trace during the 'Build Aggregation' and 'Clean then Build Aggregation' steps. 

This is an intermittent error, and does not happen all of the time. 

org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.artifact.repository.CompositeArtifactRepository cannot be cast to org.eclipse.equinox.p2.repository.artifact.IFileArtifactRepository
