Hi -- I need this mailing list created by July 29, please.

The EclipseCon Europe program committee is currently using this list:
eclipse.org-eclipsecon-program-committee@eclipse.org
because our plan was not to overlap the program committee schedules for the two conferences. However, plans have now changed, and we need a list for the NA committee while the ECE committee is still using the one above.

I suggest this name: eclipsecon-na-program-committee@eclipse.org

After ECE 2011 is over, I suggest that we no longer use the vanilla one, and have two lists:
eclipsecon-na-program-committee@eclipse.org
and
eclipsecon-europe-program-committee@eclipse.org
