Related to Bug 310232, the "generate Java code from Java model..." discoverer does not exist anymore since Indigo to conform to the new MoDisco Discoverers framework.
Bug 310232 needs some more generic solution.

Java component documentation has not been cleaned : the popup menu "generate Java code from Java model..." documentation should disappear (http://wiki.eclipse.org/MoDisco/Components/Java/Documentation/0.9#User_manual_2) until the new solution.

Fix of wiki section (delete of section "It is now possible to generate java code directly from a .javaxmi Java model...") has been done in http://wiki.eclipse.org/MoDisco/Components/Java/Documentation/0.9#User_manual_2
