I question how important this function is for 0.7. If we assume the New Project wizard will create a default DD, it seems that a developer could easily just copy a DD if they wanted to create a second one. I think the DD editor and deployment itself are much higher priority at this point. Of course, if there's time to do this in 0.7, I'm all for it.

Will, deployment itself is certainly much higher priority then this. And is actually precondition to start this. 

Sizing for this wizard is small, I may do it first as kind of practice before I jump into DD Editor which is a very big and complex editor.

Deployment Descriptor and the Editor are mostly done. Adding this "new dd wizard" should be a <0.5d work. Plan for I-12.
