It would be nice to have a CDT "change function signature" refactoring (similar to JDT), which would 
- allow adding parameter(s) with default value(s)
- update both the .c and the .h file with the new signature
- update callers by inserting default value for plain C (not necessary in C++)

+update methods return type consistently to hierarchy, updating all overrides
