Finish array support; some work has already been done for arrays so this should be a matter of working thru FVT.datatypes.TestArrayTypeLib.egl to ensure that it generates and executes properly.

Per Tim Wilson, the array construct is called "List."

Verfied with TestArrayTypeLib so I'm resolving this enhancement; however, there is more work to do https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=355746....
