When I first cloned and added the repository I selected the option to save my username and password. But for every operation which requires access to the server, I am still prompted for a password.

- clone repo locally
- add all projects
- sync workspace
- you'll be prompted

Simpler steps:
- clone repo
- select "store password in secure storage"
- enter your password in the field
- hit next
- prompted for your password again
- prompted for your password again when you hit Finish

If you clone another repo from the same machine (eg. git.eclipse.org) you are still prompted 3 times to clone a repo.
