the Exclude Maven Artifact.. and Lock Transitive Dependency Version.. shall have different file saving behaviour based on where they were invoked.. when invoked from the editor (eg. Dependency Hierarchy view), the action/refactoring shall not save the file and leave saving to the user.. 
when invoked from project explorer however, the refactoring shall perform the changes and save..
