Eclipse 4.1 splash

Build ID: I20110719-2201

- launch Eclipse with "-nl ar -dir rtl" options
- splash screen displaying normally
- after selecting a workspace from the Workspace Launcher dialog, 2 areas on the splash screen seem to be shifted

Kit, in 4.2 we've just re-implemented the code to provide the 'progress' feedback (the bar itself and the name of the bundle being loaded).

Bogdan, do you have time to take a look at this ?

I tried 4.2M7 with Babel's Arabic Language Pack and launched Eclipse with -nl ar. There are still problems with the splash. Did I do anything wrong?

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. As such, we're closing this bug.
