To make Editor easier to consume, it should not depend on dojo.
Here is the list of dojo features being used by orion.editor:

- dojo.byId
- dojo.hitch
- dojo.addOnLoad
- dojo.connect
- dojo.forEach
- dojo.map
- dojo.regexp.escapeString
- dojo.create
- dojo.Animation
- dojo.Deferred
- dojo.DeferredList
