I just noticed that there is a github mirror repository for WebTools incubator ( https://github.com/eclipse/org.eclipse.webtools-incubator ). It would be nice to use it for mirroring.

It is just a matter of setting metadata and asking for a refresh of mirrors on git-dev@eclipse.org
