Build Identifier: I20110613-1736 This is quite specific UI glitch. I've got two-monitor setup. My two screens have different resolutions. The laptop is 1366x768, the external monitor is 1680x1050. This weird behaviour begins happening at the point where the external monitor is "higher" than the laptop monitor. The behaviour is very consistent, although it only happens on my large 22 inch external monitor, never on my small 15 inch laptop screen. I'll attach screenshots showing the problem I'll attach screenshots Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Set up two monitors with different resolutions 2.Hover mouse over a marker 3.See glitches
Created attachment 199956 [details] Dual-display settings screenshot This attachment shows how my monitors are set up. Note that the laptop monitor is virtually aligned to the bottom of my large, external monitor. So the top edge of the smaller monitor is where this weird tooltip behaviour begins.
Created attachment 199957 [details] Eclipse windowed screenshot - 1 This attachment shows Eclipse in a non-full-screen window moved up just slightly on the screen to begin showing the edge case. Notice how the tooltip appears in the correct location, but cuts off the floating window where the smaller monitor's Y resolution ends.
Created attachment 199958 [details] Eclipse windowed screenshot - 2 This attachment shows a non-full-screen Eclipse window moved up even further. Now the bottom edge of the floating tooltip appears at the top of the screen (not the top of the Eclipse window).
