WindowBuilder Help Docs are missing from the Eclipse Java Package.
They are available online at: http://help.eclipse.org/indigo/index.jsp

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Eclipse Help and look for the WindowBuilder Docs on the Eclipse Indigo 3.7 Java Package.

This is exactly as intended. The docs can be loaded from the WB update site, if you wish to have them available in your local Eclipse help. They were deemed to be too large (>10-15MB) to be included in the Eclipse Java package itself, so they were intentionally excluded.
