While testing Java7 I noticed this issue, though I don't think this
is a new problem.

 - Went to Window + Preferences + Java + Installed JREs dialog
 - Added a new JRE for IBM JDK7.
 - With the Window + Preferences dialog still open, clicked on
   Execution Environments and clicked on JavaSE1.7. Now the compatible
   JREs pane is missing the new JRE added just now. What you get is the
   stale view from before.
 - Close all windows and start over with Window + Preferences and go to
   Execution environment and you can see the new JRE again.

This is (mildly) annoying.
