I am not sure if there is an AJDT configurator available for m2e 1.0 and greater.  I've noticed some chatter about it on the m2e dev mailing list, but so far I haven't seen any update site for it.  Since STS 2.8 will be using m2e 1.0, we need to make sure that this configurator is available.  If there is no update site for it yet, then we need to provide it.
