Selection for multiple Console views are not saved when Eclipse is closed and/or restored on launch.

It would be nice to be able to keep multiple console windows open and have the settings remembered. For example, I want to have a debug console, a SVN console, and Maven console all visible on screen. The latter two are "pinned".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Console view
2. Open Console -> 4 New Console View
3. In the new view, open a different console (e.g., Open Console -> SVN or Maven)
4. Pin Console
5. Restart Eclipse

Result: 2 console views are opened, but "Pinned" and console selection are forgotten.
