Deprecated constraint on Verify ends is still used (client is not necessarily a TestCase).

The following constraint existed in SysML V1.0 and is removed since V1.1:
	[2] The client must be an element stereotyped by «testCase» or one of the «testCase» subtypes.
	
The client can possibly be any NamedElement.
