when try to update new software from any of the site, the below error is displayed.

Unable to read repository at http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios/compositeContent.xml.

Permission denied: connect

For check updates & Eclipse Market places, the same error is coming

Do you have more specific steps to reproduce this? Are you behind a proxy?
