Editing the text of a local license of a feature does not set the dirty state (while all other edit fields do). I've created a patch to fix that.

patch contents are similar to document listener in the info section of the feature editor

Fixed in HEAD.  See LicenseFeatureSection.java

I didn't see until now that you had attached a patch to fix, my fix is essentially the same. Thanks for both filing the report and providing a patch.
