Description Miles Parker CLA 2011-07-14 16:23:42 EDT
Please see https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=338617#c15. The error doesn't actually implicate Mylyn, but it doesn't happen without Mylyn installed. Further, when I turn off focus and reopen the editor the code proposals then show-up.

Version: Indigo Release
Build id: 20110615-0604

Do you have steps to reproduce this problem? What happens if you switch the proposal provider to "Java Proposals" in the preferences under Java > Editor > Content Assist > Advanced, does that make a difference?

When the problem happens does that cause any errors such as the stack trace on bug 338617 to get logged?
Comment 2 Steffen Pingel CLA 2011-09-16 05:41:07 EDT
We are unable to reproduce this problem with the provided information. Please try updating to the latest version of Eclipse and Mylyn. If the problem persists, please feel free to reopen and provide steps to reproduce.
