Currently the region bundle is built as part of the incubator equinox build.  For Juno it should move to the equinox core sdk that is contributed to Juno.

Fixed in N20110807-2000.  Tom, I've tagged the incubator feature for the I-build.  Can you tag the org.eclipse.core.sdk feature?  I'm not sure how you guys make your build submissions in git.

Sure, we currently are using the scripts Paul developed and posted to http://wiki.eclipse.org/E4/Git#Submitting_for_a_build
