Build Identifier: 

1. Create Tigerstripe project 
2. Create 2 entities with Dependency in 'org.eclipse' artifact package
3. Create facet and add 'org.eclipse' package to included patterns on facet scope
4. Mark facet as active
See that Dependency becomes inactive
